Two updates in one week!

Yes, another update! We heard from our case manager about our oldest, Noah. He is doing good so we can move forward for a court date. So you can be praying that in God's timing our court date will come and we can get good plane tickets because right now they are in great demand and are very expensive!

We also should be hearing from our lawyer pretty soon about a court date for Ana so we will let you know as soon as we know!

The basement is really starting to come together. We will be able to paint over the next few days. Then the carpet guys can come in and lay the carpet and tile down hopefully next week. Then we can start moving in down there and get the boys room ready!

Update

Hello, everyone! It has been a while since we have posted just because it has been crazy around here trying to get everything ready. We had a rummage sale at the church where people in the church donated things to be sold to help us raise money. We made almost $2000 so we were overwhelmed with that and all the work everyone did to make it happen.

We have received the 2nd medical on all 3 boys. Our oldest has to be on medication for awhile until we can get a court date so we are waiting on that. You can be praying for that.

We are calling the carpet guy today so hopefully they will be able to lay the carpet really soon and then we can start moving things down to the basement. We have tickets on hold for the first week of July so we will see!!!!

Great News!

Hello, everyone! We have some VERY exciting news! All three boys have been moved to the orphanage in Addis the capital. They are together now and this is the final step for us to get a court date and then be able to pick them up!!!!!!!! On the other side though the 2 that are bio brothers had to say good-bye to their mom for the last time. Pray for them and her also as this is a very hard thing for all of them and something I can't even imagine as a mother. Even though the boys were explained that this was the final time they will see their mother most of them don't fully get it for a few days if not weeks so pray for them as it sinks in.
